Carter Rehabilitation, located in Flagstaff, is also the only practice in Northern Arizona specializing in evidence based neuroplastic rehabilitation for patients with hemiparesis and other neurological conditions. With this intensive rehabilitation, we place an emphasis on getting people with strokes, brain injuries, Parkinsons, and other neurological conditions to a level of function they did not think was attainable.

Founded in 1983 as Northern Arizona Physical Therapy, the practice was entirely focused on evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, but soon grew to include a broad range of patients with neurological and musculoskeletal difficulties.

Personal Care Physical Therapy treats patients with a personal touch. The clinic specializes in the treatment of orthopedic, industrial, arthritis, and hand injuries.
